Write Score has added the capability for teachers to access all prior year student data from the 2011-2012 school year forward. Teachers will be able to see a student's "essay portfolio" for every Write Score test taken which includes a student's scanned essays and it's corresponding scores. This can be an effective tool to assist teachers in evaluating their students' capabilities at the beginning of the school year, and can help motivate students as they recognize their progress over time. |
Write Score has partnered with teachers all over the state to develop effective lesson plans to teach critical writing skills. They can be accessed from links in the report headers of our online data access program. Now, not only does Write Score show the areas needing improvement, we also provide classroom proven lesson plans to obtain that improvement. |
