Our assessment platform is bound the privacy agreement we have in place with schools and districts.  Typically, those agreements contains requirements related to COPPA compliance and data retention policies focused on protecting any information related to students, teachers, administrators.  As a best practice, districts typically limit the data sharing to the strict minimum information needed to perform assessments (name, grade, classes, etc…) and meet our contractual obligations.
